KINGSLEY:
The Kingsley Swim program exists to provide its members a fun, child friendly environment whereby children from ages under 6 thru 18 can participate on a neighborhood swim team program that achieves good balance between fun and competition. The program will provide good solid instruction and will be a positive environment where children can enjoy the benefits of a large, athletic team sport in a recreational way.
COACHES:
Professionals and experts dedicated to fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and character development while teaching the sport of competitive swimming to young athletes. The Coaching staff will be broken down into three categories:
Head Coach: Professional Coach responsible for hiring a coaching staff to provide top quality coaching for Kingsley. HC will also be overall responsible for management and instructions for the Kingsley Swim Team.
Assistant Coach: Hired to assist the HC. Responsible for bringing high quality swim instruction to the Kingsley Swim Team while focusing on the Kingsley Mission.
Junior Coaches: Members of the Kingsley Swim Team between the age of 14 and 18 that are interested in learning how to coach a swim team. As part of the Coaching staff their focus is on the Kingsley Mission Statement.
SWIMMERS:
Kingsley Swimmers are young men and women dedicated to developing their strokes and strengthening their swimming but, more importantly, better teammates, healthier athletes, and discover a love for the sport of swimming. Kingsley Swimmers are expected to participate in meets and socials.
