Kingsley Racquet & Swim Club General Rules & Regulations

The following rules and regulations are for the protection and benefit of all members. The rules have been established to assure the safe and sanitary operation of the pool facilities. Each member is responsible for the reading and understanding the rules, and making sure their children understand them. Enforcing Club rules is every member’s responsibility. Should you need assistance with enforcement and/or interpretations, contact (preferably in writing) any Board Member. Your suggestions and recommendations are encouraged and welcomed.

The Kingsley Racquet and Swim Club expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for the personal injury or property damage suffered by members, the family or guests arising out of, or in any way connected to the use of the Club facilities, buildings or grounds.

Kingsley Racquet and Swim Club is for members in good standing and their guests only. Any former member of Kingsley who is no longer a member of the Club may not be the guest of a member or use the Club facilities, exception being those families that are interested in joining the Club. 
Rules of Conduct

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the Club property is a matter of personal preference. Containers of alcoholic beverages should be kept out of sight. A person showing signs of intoxication may be denied use of the Club facilities and is subject to suspension and/or expulsion.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the legal drinking age is strictly prohibited.
• Articles made of glass, excluding eyeglasses, are not allowed in the pool area.
• All trash, including cigarettes and cigars, are to be put into its proper disposal containers at all times. Please do not discard cigarettes on the pool deck, tennis courts, pavilion deck, Club walkways or patios. Please clean up after yourselves, especially after eating. The next member to use the Club’s facilities will appreciate it if you leave the Club cleaner than you found it. Remember, “Keep Kingsley Clean!”
• No pets are allowed in the pool area and no pets are allowed on Club property without a leash.
• Children ten years and under may not be dropped off at the pool. An adult or a responsible sibling over 12 years old must be on the premises at all times.
• A member who vandalizes, damages, or defaces the Club’s property will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the same. In the case of children and/or guest, the parents or host family will be responsible. These actions will not be tolerated and is cause for permanent expulsion without recourse. The Club will also use all legal remedies, including criminal prosecution.
• No abusive, obscene language or acts will be tolerated.
• Members and guess will drive slowly and carefully in and out around the Club property.
• Only licensed vehicles, motorcycles and mini bikes are allowed to park in authorized Club parking areas. Go-carts are not allowed on Club property.
• Tennis courts are for playing tennis only. 
• Skateboards, roller skates and bikes must be ridden only on roadways, (as a means of transportation to and from Club property) never on Club walkways, parking lot, patios and/or tennis courts. Bikes, when parked, must be in bike rack.
• The possession or use of any weapon, including BB guns, on Club property, is strictly prohibited.
• Chairs are not allowed on pool coping. Furniture must not be dragged across pool deck.
• Spitting on Club’s tennis courts, pavilion, patio, walkway, and pool deck is prohibited.
