Responsibilities and Tasks

• Voting member of the HOA Board.
• Prepare the agenda for the monthly meetings by polling the board members and chairs for items of agenda one week prior to the meeting (email).
• Circulate the agenda and notice of meeting to all members and chairs one day prior to the meeting (email).
• Attend monthly meetings to discuss the on-goings of the communities' budgets and subcommittee chairs.
• Take copious notes during the meeting and post to the website for all members to review.
• Time keeper at meeting to stay within the 2 hour time frame.
• Prepare Proxy Document for Annual Homeowners Meeting in October and circulate to all homeowners 21 days prior to the meeting.
• Oversee the Voting at the Annual Meeting and Record Proxy Vote.
